Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

You may request cancellation before campaign work begins. Once strategy, setup, creatives, or ad account work has started, cancellation eligibility depends on the completed work.

Refunds

Service fees for completed work are non-refundable. Unused advertising budget may remain in the client ad account or be handled according to the platform payment rules.

Review Window

If there is an issue with delivered work, contact us within 3 business days so we can review and correct it where reasonable.
